A delegation from the Qatar Fund for Development makes a field visit to Port Sudan

A delegation from Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) made a field visit to Port Sudan with the aim of holding meetings with the Federal Ministry of Health, checking the logistical work, and following up on the projects progress with Qatar Charity (QC) and the Qatar Red Crescent (QRCs).

During the visit, the delegation met with HE Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, Minister of Health of the Republic of Sudan, and visited the Ministry’s logistical supply warehouses.

The delegation also checked the humanitarian aid sent by the Fund to support the Sudanese people through an air bridge that was activated during the month of Ramadan, which included various aid such as medical, food, and shelter aid.

This visit comes as a continuation of the State of Qatar’s ongoing efforts to help the Sudanese people and support their steadfastness in light of the current difficult events.
