Bill Gates, Co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, commended Qatar’s efforts to finance development projects across various countries, as the Qatar Fund for Development signed an agreement on April 13, 2016 to provide a grant of $ 50 million to The Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF).
