Invitation for Expressions of Interest for External Evaluation of Quest Portfolio

QUEST is an initiative that aims to provide multi-sectoral support to conflict affected internally displaced Syrians (IDPs) and Syrian refugees residing in Lebanon, Jordan, and Turkey. QUEST was launched in 2016 by the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) on behalf of the State of Qatar. The portfolio covers 45 projects in the fields of economic empowerment, education, and health.

This is an invitation for experienced consultants interested in conducting an external evaluation of the QUEST Portfolio to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) along with a full response to the Prequalification Questionnaire enclosed.

Interested consultants can submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with their full response to the Prequalification Questionnaire via email to overseas.tender@qatarfund.org.qa by close of business on 14th, November 2021. Any response received after this date shall not be considered.

No queries or requests for clarifications will be acknowledged or addressed during this EOI stage.
